Title: Let It Grow

The video uses a seed as a symbol of the inner self, going through different emotional stages — confusion, fear, anxiety, calm, joy, and finally love and self-acceptance. Each stage shows how emotions affect us from the inside, using simple shapes, abstract visuals, color, and sound.

This project sends the message that emotions are not something to hide or be afraid of. Every emotion we feel is a part of who we are and helps us grow. When we allow ourselves to feel freely, we become more connected to ourselves.
